Guess what happened today?

Honestly the decals look cheap and cheesy to me. Not a criticism of anyone who likes them, just not my thing and I think it looks cleaner and meaner without them. Then again I still secretly want the polished metal letters for the tailgate.
I don't think they look cheesy but I also removed mine, two reasons... It's not really an off road vehicle imho, (not four wheel drive), and I'm lowering the Mav. I think they'd look odd on a lowered truck. My Maverick is going to be a Corvette recovery vehicle 😆

Bird poo or bug?!!
Bird. And I didn't even have time to coat the windshield before it happened, the little bastard.

Can we get something like the TROPHY system to take out birds dive bombing your car? Make it happen, Ford!

You've never been to florida have you? :ROFLMAO:
lol.....Once, the ESPN complex in Orlando for a soccer tournament with my son. Four days in Orlando was enough to sufficiently convince me Florida is not my kinda place....

Thanks, I'm liking the almost-blackout look. It doesn't go overboard but if I was gonna change anything I'd paint the silver grey grill piece black to match the paint. If I was REALLY gonna tweak it I'd paint the calipers and tow hooks Ford blue. But it's fine how it is.
Can I suggest these black lug nuts? The stock lug nuts are two-piece ones that tend to rust and swell making them extremely hard to remove.

Yeah I'm aware of the issue. Have you used these? Is the 60 degree conical seat the correct one? I like the chrome pop against the wheel and would get these if they come in chrome.

I don't have my Maverick yet so they are in the pile of parts to be installed. The pitch is the same and they do come in chrome. McGard Lug Nuts 64073.
