I have never owned a ford, never owned a new truck, never even wanted a truck - until the Maverick. It's exactly enough truck for me. It gets good MPG's but now I don't need to beg, borrow, or rent a truck for when we take a trip to the hardware store for a stove, or the nursery to get plants. But I never got the chance to do any of these things. Because Larry H Miller Ford never delivered my reservation! They sold my truck to someone else as soon as there was a build date and VIN.

If you have not spoken to legal representation, you may want to do so., You may also want to document all of your discussion and emails and present them to FoMoCo customer relations as an example of a dealer who took a 'custom order' and sold it.
That is against what Ford demanded of dealers when orders were placed. Ford wanted the name and copy of the drivers license of the customer placing the order. Not a lawyer, but that was close to a contract that the dealer reneged on, and Ford should be interested.
If you had your name on the order, and had given them $1 down, you have an enforceable contract(again, NOT a lawyer), and you may still. Don't let them off the hook, but you will have to appeal to Ford for any help. You can check with your state attorney generals office, I think, or the consumer affairs organization. At least talk to local TV stations and see if they want to put LHM under a microscope or some hot lights, anyway.

Why did you crop out the VIN from all the screenshots? Should be able to see where it went. Find out what they sold it for minus what you were going to pay for it, and they owe you at least that amount.

How would I find out who the dealer sold the truck to?
