Did the chat today. Was told they couldn't see a VIN or build date......
But when I asked what the current Priority Code was, the response was "Priority Code 1".

Only communication since ordering was the apology email a few months back. Crickets since.
FWIW I did not receive that email from a week ago encouraging some people to remove constraints. Don't know if the fact that i didn't receive that email is a good thing or a bad thing.
Can somebody in-the-know shed some light on Priority Code 1, please?
