I met this guy and his fiancée at Overland Expo in Flagstaff. I didn’t catch a name, but enjoyed talking Mavericks. I think they’re on Instagram @wanderingtheweekend. It was really a nice build. He added airbags to help rear sag. I thought the tent top was brilliant. There was a lot of interest in his truck. He had to trim to fit his tires I recall.

Next year we need a Maverick meet up at Overland. It was so fun. OP - your build is looking amazing! Very inspiring.

We definitely should do an Overland Expo West 2023 Meet! I know for sure that I will be there along with my Las Vegas peeps. Because you're absolutely right. It was so much FUN!

Day 1 - May 12th, drove to my local Friendly Ford to check out to see if they have any Maverick on display. Saw all 3 model trims and they were all accounted for.

I originally wanted or "needed" a hybrid.

Sales Agent informed me that there's a '22 Mav XLT FX4 4K coming in next week.

Day 2 - Sales Agent phoned me and notified that the truck has arrived.

Test Drove/Purchased Date: Friday, May 13th.

I was really going to walk away from the dealership. Sales agent asked me nicely to take it for a spin. But...

My heart was pounding because I ended up taking it home the same day the agent called me. This truck was supposed to come in a week later.

Day 3 - transfered my Yakima bike rack right away.
