3157 rear bulb size

For what it’s worth, I took a shot with some 3157 sized led bulbs. I only bought the reverse lights to test Fitment. You have to trim the little nubs off each side of the bulb but NOTHING else had to be done…they popped right in the socket and work as advertised. These are way easier to find than the weird Wt21w size. All that to say, 3157 should work for brake/signals as well! Camera is having a hard time focusing they’re so bright

Glad this works. Alla does make a Wt21w that's readily available on Amazon though. Only $25 a pair I think
