@Granger Ford

IS THIS LEGIT???
I sent an email, got a quote, I signed papers and got my credit card billed. My Ford Pass app is still showing NO PLAN CURRENTLY SHOWING nor is it showing any points earned. I've sent a couple of emails after signing the papers and neither one got any reply.

Did I just get scammed???
No sir, The Ford Pass app is very touchy. So if your name, address, etc is any different than what we registered on the contract, it may not show up on the app. If you PM me your information I'm happy to help. We can also send you screen shots of Ford's warranty system showing the contract is in force as well.

All is well and good now so no need to do that. The problem is when I emailed to enquire about this, I received a reply within eight minutes with a quote. After I signed and my card was billed, I emailed with a question but did not get a quick reply this time. So what am I to think? Anyway, thank you for addressing this and easing my mind.

I have a Ford that has 59500 miles. Am I better to wait until after 60000 miles to buy extended warranty?

Power train warranty is good until 60000 but yes the bumper to bumper warranty is gone.

I thought the lighting is $35. Is the $70 something special or additional? Is it dependent on how long you increase
the coverage? I was pricing 8 yrs/ 60,000 miles, $50 deductible.
Are you buying a hybrid? Half the car is warrantied for 8years/100k miles anyway

Just curious as to why you still wouldn't buy a ESP. I'm on the fence about getting one. I had one on 08 F150, never used, I had one my girlfriend's 08 MKZ and we used a few times. So it's been a long time since I've been in the position to buy one. My current DD is either my 21 Harley or 04 Ranger so Maverick is my first new truck since my 08 F150.
You can buy one for me and I will give you a a solid review in 8 years. Seriously though the Arizona Maverick community is strong. I’m sure we will find solutions for most major issues on the cheap. I can fix about anything that pops up. Bring it down to Sierra Vista and we will get it done.

I'm thinking for the most part there won't any major problems, plus as you pointed that half of Maverick is covered by 8 year/100k miles so the need of a ESP isn't justified in my opinion. Now with your offer I'll sleep well knowing my Maverick is protected! 😂

Lol. Seriously, if it drives down here we can fix it. I enjoy working on stuff. Any issue we fix on yours will probably happen to mine too. I’ve replaced what feels like half of my Prius. 😅 Of curse no need to worry about anything for a few years with the warranties: 3/36 bumper to bumper, 5/60 power train, 8/80 emissions, and 8/100 hybrid system (transmission is part of the hybrid warranty).

That sounds awesome! The big ticket items are covered for a good amount of time, especially the hybrid system. The only part that I would ever remotely be concerned about is anything electronic or software related. Hopefully, all Maverick owners will report issues so that Ford takes notice and actionif needed. I'm also hoping that folks on the MTC will continue posting mods, ideas, and issues so we will all benefit from it.

We cannot offer a warranty at that mileage. At that point it requires an inspection in person so its much harder to facilitate a sale. We can do coverage up to 41,000 miles or 41 months from the time of sale.

I ordered Friday afternoon and it showed up in the Ford app this morning. My name and address did not exactly match so I updated the app Monday.

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to announce a thank you gesture for our customers here on the Mavericktruckclub. You guys/girls have been very supportive and we wanted to find other ways we can be helpful to the community. Starting today we are going to offer Ford Protect Extended Service Plans for $50 over our dealer cost on any Maverick, whether you purchased it from us or another dealership. As a new car dealer, Granger Ford is authorized by Ford Motor Company to sell Ford/Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plan. This represents a savings on average of $1000-$2000 from other dealerships in-person pricing and a discount from other online Ford Protect retailers as well.

How do you get this started?

Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Name
Address
Phone number
VIN
Approximate mileage on vehicle now
Coverage desired (years and mileage)

The entire process will be handled seamlessly online by electronic signature and a secure electronic deposit. Your contract will be in force within 2-3 business days of completion of the deposit and electronic signature. Ford's ESP system is nationwide and will update electronically within their system showing your contract status, so you won't need a paper copy of the contract to bring with you.

Ford pass points can be used towards the purchase of these contracts as well!

Have another Ford or Lincoln vehicle you'd like to add coverage to? We can handle that too!The process is initiated the same way by emailing [email protected] with the information above.

This offer is good for anywhere in the U.S. with the exception of the state of Florida.

Again, we want to thank this supportive community here and appreciate the opportunity to help wherever we can!

Zach
I took advantage of this today and saved several hundred dollars from what I was quoted by the dealer I bought my Maverick from. Thank you very much!

We've been fielding this question a lot so I wanted to update here. We do offer not only mechanical coverage but can help with maintenance, tire/wheel coverage and windshield coverage offered from Ford Protect as well.
