Anyone actually sold their Maverick?

I see a lot of people on here who are planning to (or hoping to) sell their Maverick for above MSRP. Has anyone actually done this? Tell us about it.

Out of curiosity, I submitted quote requests last month to Carvana and somewhere else I can't remember.

Response in both cases was "We are unable to give you an automated buy number right now, someone will follow up with you in 24-48 hours". Never heard nuthin.

Just for kicks I looked to see if anyone was selling my build on autotrader. Some dude is asking $43k for the exact same in Indiana. That was the only one nationwide as far as that site had.

Picked mine up on Saturday. My salesman told me I could make some money if I wanted to turn around and sell it. No thanks, I ordered what I wanted, and I am not waiting another year to get another one. The last truck I ordered was 2003 and I still own that 3/4 ton truck too.

Precisely my thinking. I won’t even Turo the Maverick despite it sitting in the driveway for days at a time. Should it get into a fender bender then I’d likely be waiting months for parts to become available (assuming it wasn’t totaled). Not worth the risk for some easy buckaroos.

So, nobody knows a private individual who has actually sold their Maverick. Has anyone gotten a buy number from Carvana or Carmax?

on cars.com there going for double their price which makes right now. Demand on them is high.

Not the Maverick, but I was able to start a bidding war over my Mach-E. Sold it to a dealer for $5k over what I bought it for.

But as much as I like ridiculous profit, I bought the Maverick for its utility so it gets to stick around.

Great times we live in. If you own a Maverick, you are in the drivers seat for a change. High gas prices and low inventory, it doesn't get any better than that for the owners, if you don't need the truck. Go make some money.

I keep reading people on here saying "Oh, yeah, I'm gonna just trade or sell my Maverick for more than I paid for it".

And I just have never seen any evidence of a private sale or trade-in where one of us has actually pulled it off.
