The system is so Hoky-Poky... Mine does not show "in-production" yet..
You put VIN in, you put your VIN out, you put your VIN in and you shake it all about, you do the hokey pokey and you build date gets moved about. That's what it's all about!

Mine has been in production for a month. Reaching out to dealer for a visibility report today. Ford customer service is no help.
I can’t imagine that nobody can tell you the exact part that is holding up production.
I have Maverick XLT, EB, AWD, Luxury, FX4, 4K, Full size spare, Rubber mats.
You get excited when it shows production but it’s still a long wait.
I don't know for sure but it sounds like your order was stopped for quality or you're lacking a chip. have you seen if your modules are populated on the https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt tracker?

If they could state which part or package issue that was holding up production . Maybe it could be dropped off. I have rubber mats? Maybe that’s it.
It would be nice in these times to at least update the customer.
Once you have been scheduled no changes can be made to your build.

My time line went as follows:
In Production Feb 22nd (no email, I was tracking multiple times a day)
Window sticker showed up Feb 24th
Built email March 2nd
Shipped Email March 3rd
XLT Hybrid, Lux w/SIBL, sunroof, Mats, Vault

I just got big brothered... Within 30 minutes of posting this my window sticker appeared. 🤔😳
I don't think the window sticker isn't productid until the system is ready to built the vehicle

Yes all modules have been active for 3 weeks.
Can you track your Maverick on the app? I was able to add my Maverick in the app but wont give me any info on where it is

The answer here is easy and I don't even need Ford's input! Drop anything that you can do yourself or the dealer can do/add from your order. Mud flaps, floor mats, tonneaus, etc etc. Keep the lux packages, 360, sunroof, tow, fx4 - anything that can only be done at the factory (and that you can't live without of course!).

Why? Well, we all know there is a constraint list that is regularly updated and posted. BUT, it is also just a team of people following a filtering process to determine builds each week. Why is that important? Because humans are going to filter down to the path of least resistance.

If I am a person doing scheduling, and have to build 8 trucks next week with 10 orders in front of me - they are all the same build, but 2 of them have a tonneau on their build sheet (or mats, or mudflaps). The highest likelihood is that the 2 with a tonneau won't be built, because that is the first and obvious filter to be applied to the data (orders) in front of me.

So, assuming your dealer is easy enough to work with, take all that add-on stuff off, keep the factory build options on and voila - earlier scheduling!

Mine went into production last week and then last Friday my window sticker showed up, no email. Last email was sent was Jan 26,2022 saying my build week was March 7. So honestly no idea what’s actually going on . 🤷‍♂️

Oddly enough, I cannot track using the app. I have entered the VIN in the app, but nothing is showing on the Mav.

It hasn't been built yet, I wasn't able to do this until it was built. But Ican't activate the truck yet, my Maverick is in transit
