polarity matters on these, try taking them out and reversing the way you had them in the first time.

Did you add the keypad yourself?

If so, did it require programing at the dealership?

No, I ordered thru dealer, had them UT on, said had to program and needed both keys. Idk. Used my points I got with urchase so costed $0

To be clear truck did not come with keypad. I ordered and had dealer install. About $180 total, she'd pointed that came free with vehicle purchase
