So my little brother has a Jeep and educated me all about this Jeep Wave they all do.
I was on vacation in Ocean City Md coinciding with Jeep Week.

Madonne, those people are REALLY into their Jeeps!

So what do you think? Do we come up with a sign of some sort….

Don't be mad if I don't wave back. I'll probably be busy staring at the computer screen in the middle of the dashboard.

If it was 12" would you be looking at it 30% longer?

I'm just going to smile and wave at the "big boy" trucks as they are getting their triple digit fill ups.
Yep they are fools! When my business bought out a competitor it came with an 03 RAM 1500. That sucker cost $85 to fill from E in 2018 I can't imagine what it costs now. I quickly got rid.

My current work ride is a 2011 Transit Connnect and costs over $50 to fill and I have to refill about every 10 days. Hoping with the Maverick to push that closer to 17 or 18 days on the same mileage. The Tranny van gets me 310 to E on a full tank.

Good luck keeping it going. The "Vette wave" seems to have largely died out 5 or 6 years ago and of the folks I know who own both, they always seemed to think the Vette wave had a better foothold than Jeep.
Given a long enough timeline, everything dies though, I suppose.

Perhaps because of my area of interest, the only wave I know that is still semi known and practiced is the subie wave. I assume due to subie owner demographics, it would last but who knows. If the vette thing is dying out i suppose everything will eventually.

Dang, I owned 3 Subaru's of late and never knew there was a secret wave. No wonder no one ever acknowledged me when I'd wave, it was the wrong one. :poop:

I rode a non-harley motorcycle. The wave thing is complicated...
Back in the eighty's I bought an old 60's 450 Honda twin with the chrome side plates and the rubber knee pads on the tank. Cool old bike. Back then Harley riders would only wave (two fingers down) to other Harleys. I got waves from almost all the Harley riders, it was cool for a young dude that could not afford a Harley Davidson.
