Hey all , I bought a dealer ordered Maverick from a dealer about 100 miles from me 2 days ago.
I was never able to get any help around where I lived , so I started reaching out in a 100 mile radius.
I saw one advertised and dealer said they had it and that if I wanted to make the drive he would keep the keys in his pocket.
So we went - The truck is a white ecoboost AWD loaded with everything you could imagine ( sunroof, 4 K towing, power windows
and power mirrors, spray in bed liner,hitch, tonneau cover, Ford pilot 360 , Sliding rear window, 400 watt inverter,
console vault safe , hood deflector, all window deflectors, roadside safety kit , emergency kit, drivers side swing tool box.
I was amazed because the way I read it you couldn’t even get power mirrors non an xl.
The dealer said he ordered every available option.
So I drove it, and loved it MSRP Is $29,800 and they would not budge on a 3K markup, but Ford had sent me a Ford
coupon for $750 so ended up at $32;200. Got Ford credit @.09—
The only negative is that I have xl wheels , but I have seen a local set of xlt wheels ( take offs ) for $200
and that I got a bunch of stuff that I don’t really want, that I think I will sell.
We love the truck and actually like the interior better than the xlt.
Anyway , Don’t walk away from an xl use the money difference on stuff you want , and change the badge to xlt.
