There seems to be a problem between the FordPass app and the website to share information, and frankly neither are all that accurate. My app shows no active recalls yet I still need to get the towing recall taken care of. It is still open on the website. Neither the app or the website show I had the camera recall completed when I did. Some dealer performed maintenance shows up on one or the other. Some doesn’t, but l’ll get a notification from CarFax of work done. Even if I manually input maintenance work that I have done in both the
App and the website, one may not register and save that information.
Simply put, I don’t trust the app at all. Particularly when recalls are announced. Check both to see if your vehicle is on the list. Do the VIN lookup as well.

My 2024 XLT isn't on the list and looks like they are seated properly, but should there be such a big gap in the rubber?

4,653 vehicles.
across 5 years and two platforms.

A) that's a pretty specific number.
B) how do they know that is the number
C) how do they know which ones?

It's as if they know it's only the days "Bob" was covering extra shifts for "Jose" over 5 years, and "Bob" did it wrong.
That would be Roberto, l believe. I'm still thrilled by my 23. No issues, although that tow module recall could not be fixed when l scheduled it yesterday. Ford issued a stop order on fixing it because the "fix" created other software issues.

Some of the recalls were captured during a recent software upgrade. They fixed the trailer recall with an OTA updated about a month ago.

Or it could be a heat treatment or metal batch issue. The fact that Ford could identify a small number of trucks have this problem should make you feel better.

My dealer hadn't heard of the melted third brake light until I mentioned it. Yet I've read about it on here and online lol 🤷‍♂️

Dare I say, was it Elon Moscatel? Come on, that's pretty clever. Surprised no one thought of it.
No,
It was Elon Mescalito,

Press Release:

Ford Issues Do-Not-Drive Advisory for Certain 2021-2026 Bronco Sport and Maverick Vehicles; Owners Urged to Contact Dealerships Immediately

June 1, 2026

Ford Motor Company is advising owners of approximately 4,653 Bronco Sport and Maverick vehicles from the 2021 to 2026 model years in the United States and Federal Territories to stop driving their vehicles immediately. This "Do Not Drive" advisory is due to a potential suspension assembly concern.

Ford is working closely with dealers to provide customers with complimentary towing of their vehicles for inspection and repair as needed. Customers will also be provided the option to have their vehicle inspected by dealership personnel at the customer’s location via mobile service where applicable.

On affected vehicles, the front lower control arm ball joints of the vehicle’s suspension system may not have been assembled correctly. If a joint fails while the vehicle is moving, the driver could lose steering control increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will visually inspect the front lower control arm ball joint assembly on both the left and right sides, and repair, as necessary at no cost to the customer.

Customers can determine if their vehicle is included in this recall (26S36) by entering their 17-digit vehicle identification number (VIN) at www.ford.com/support/recalls. Owners may also contact Ford’s Customer Service Center at 1-833-807-3673 for assistance in arranging a tow and repair.
Not my “24”👍🏼

Tremors (and Lobos) have different suspension bits compared to other models. Not sure about the Bronco Sports.

I think all models use the same ball joint & control arms though? Anyway, CB - stay off high speed roads or twisty canyon roads until fixed!?!

Edit…my lobo has recall 26C10 - but I think we all have that one (trailer program)
Sure it has! I think the Bronco Sport Badlands shares the same suspension as the Maverick Tremor

Mine still has...
The Taillight
The light that "tattles" on the above.
And the camera which has worked, trouble-free for two years now. :ROFLMAO:

Should there be ANY gap at all, as that boot looks like it is intended to be a weather seal....
