There is no easy solution for scooters. For regular chairs (no power) there is powered roof rack/container that will lift the chair and stow it. I use a mobility scooter that comes apart and I just put the pieces in the back of the truck and strap it. The lifts that are available of in bed...

What is blis?

I always land the cents amount on a certain number to make sure that credit card theives are foiled, so I nearly always have to add a little bit more to match that number, not worried about the gas amount cause it won't amount to much more.
