Who To Contact With Issues?

Hi everyone, im new here. I’ve found these forums so helpful and I need some help. I am having issues with my new mustang just spent 3 weeks in the dealership and i JUST got it in December. I wanted to contact Elena Ford or someone higher up. I was able to see emails on older threads but when I tried to send they kept bouncing back. Any advice?

So its already had a lot of stuff replaced on it and then theres a massive scratch from the dealership on the back side of the car and after it spending 3 weeks at the dealership, no one will get back to me. I was just looking for someone to send a letter to on the corporate side of things. Either Elena Ford or someone on the level
