Hello all, Thanks for all the help with posts both my own and others, these forums are great.
I have owned my Maverick for 3 years now and have about 86k on it.
I still have original front brakes which are probably do soon for replacement, and replaced my OEM tires around 60K. I changed my rear drive unit oil last month and will do the front this month (now that I know how to).
This little truck has been great, no problems at all it has seen regular oil changes and tire rotations.
I have a roll up hard top which has been bullet proof, use it many times during the week, and an elevate rack I put on every year for kayak fishing. (trout season opened 4/1 in NY).
I average anywhere between 20 and 28 MPG's depending on the load and how fast I'm going. I tend to leave the car running a lot when I take my dog to work every week--so the milage may vary.
I've towed a 14ft deep v boat to SC from NY without a problem last year, and do round trips from NY to SC about 5 to 6 times a year.
Here's a few photos for you.
PS-One question, how to I get back to FM/AM when I'm listening to an app from my phone, without unplugging my phone?
Thanks all,
John
