Now I've only had mine '23 for about a month. So, y'know, barely breaking it in.
Immediately, it's more comfortable on a room level than my old Dart. I kinda miss some of the bucketing of that seat design, but I'm not tucked into my driving position like a jacket. Similar cabin cargo cleverness, but more capacity.
The drive is fine! I miss the dual-dry-clutch, but the dial wasn't a huge leap in use. It DEFINITELY doesn't corner like my Rallye Dart, though! Which muscle memory was at fault for. Can't take on/off-ramp curly-q's at 65mph in a pickup. WHO KNEW.
MPG - already in love. I'm getting just under 40 in my hybrid. I have no altered my driving at all, other than taking it easy on my baby brand new engine. I haven't used ECO mode at all. I'll keep working on that, though, but getting instant +15 MPG and being able to switch to regular gas? Done. Love it.
I act at my local Renaissance Festival. And have the hybrid. I wouldn't call any of that AT ALL actual "off-roading" but it is an open-field parking lot. And the higher profile and slightly better ground clearance was noticeably nicer. AND. My covered truck bed made a nice, over-sized trunk. I was able to keep my garb and kit in a large rubbermaid bin in the bed and keep the back seat open enough for work, including a server delivery.
Can't wait to break it in and start really fiddling with it!
