I have a factory drop in Bed liner and an ARE Cap. I also have a rubber bed mat to keep my dogs from sliding around and provide a little padding. I had to trim the mat as the bed liner does take space. I choose the cheapest, thickest rubber mat I could find since I was going to cut it down. Some mats were pretty thin which would not be good for my large dogs and their claws.

I also have LasFit floor mats. I was concerned with price, fit, durability and ease of cleaning. I used Weathertec on another truck, but they have gotten real expensive. The LasFit mats fit perfectly and seem to be holding up well.

I don’t currently have a bed mat. I have the factory spray in liner so I don’t need a mat for protection but I could use a mat to keep cargo from sliding all over the place. Will this fit with the spray in liner? And how anti-slip is the material since it’s not rubber?

It depends on the thickness of your spray-in liner. If the spray layer isn’t too thick, the Michelin bed mat should fit well. I’d recommend giving it a try, and if it doesn’t fit, we offer free returns.

As for the anti-slip feature, the mat is made from 100% brand-new Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which has a specialized granular texture. This non-slip surface secures your cargo and prevents shifting, while the high-density construction helps absorb impacts from heavy loads. Even though it’s not rubber, TPE performs very well in providing traction, and it’s designed to stay durable in all weather conditions without harsh chemicals.
