I have a Rough Country soft cover, the female portion of the plastic snap buckles rattle against the back glass at highway speeds. Anyone find a fix for this annoyance? I'm thinking of velco but not sure how long an adheasive will last on the vinyl while in the weather.

With the unibody there is no bed gap, I'm sure RC did not change their design for the Mav so both buckles just continually slap the back glass instead of just flopping around like they would on a normal truck.

I can't be the only one here with a RC cover. What did ya'll do?

Mine just lay flat on the cover. It is very cold here so may be that is what is keeping them down and not flexing

I have the same topper. I just took a felt piece with adhesive, like the kind for chairs, put it so it’s completely on the plastic and it keeps it from rattling. I noticed it instantly when I put it on and fixed it in a second.

^^^^^ I used your suggestion, cut down some square one. I'll be trying it out this evening at sustained 80mph for hours.

I have a bungee across the front of the bed to keep the tie down straps from hitting the front of the bed too, I could hear it and drove me crazy haha
