Will 22-24 Lariat seats fit a 25'XL

Hello,
I just came across a set of 22-24' Lariat seat (front and rear) and wonder if these will fit a 25'XL?
Thinking about swapping the seats but not sure if they will fit and if the electrical set up is there since all of the seats in the XL are manual.
Does anyone has experience with that?

Physically, the seats from a 2022–2024 Lariat will fit the mounting points of a 2025 XL Ford Maverick, as the chassis and seat frames remained consistent through the 2025 refresh. However, the "fit" depends on whether you are talking about the metal bolts or the electrical functions.

The Electrical Headache (The "Catch")
While they bolt in, making them work is the real challenge. The XL comes with manual seats, while the Lariat has an 8-way power adjustable driver's seat with heating.

If you just want the upholstery, you could probably swap the Lariat cushions onto your original seat frame, like people do with Focus ST seats.

Yes, the electronical part is the one which concerns me the most. Will need to dig into this over the weekend and see what connections are available underneath the seats.
