This is the 2025 system, they have one for the 22-24

The system for 22-24 maverick requires 1 exhaust cut 2.5 inches behind the secondary cat, whereas the 2025s do not.
Currently on sale as well. I ordered mine last week and it was $529 with the single polished side exit.

On the website, you can select your year, drive train.

I can’t get the OBDII Port Scanner to Bluetooth the engine RPM to my cell phone, so this is on the back burner for now.

I have this exhaust and I love it. Install was super easy. Nice and deep tone. Slightly more “throaty” especially on a cold start. I have the single turn down tip and mono key issue is that the exhaust slightly blocks your spare if you decided to put a steelie under there instead of the stock spare.

Bit of trivia: I bought a new F150 in 1997. It was a first year model and the exhaust exited in front of the rear wheels, on the passenger side.
There were complaints from owners that the placement of the exhaust caused the rear wheel to discolour and if the truck was left idling, with the passenger rear door left open, exhaust fumes would enter the cabin.
Ford ended up changing (free of charge) the exhaust exit to the normal spot (behind the rear wheel.
That truck stayed in our family until I sold it in 2022, with 225,000 miles on the odo. The original exhaust system was still in good shape.

THATS MY TRUCK IVE HAD IT ON THERE SINCE END OF NOVEMBER , AND IM BEYOND PLEASED WITH IT . NICE MELLOW LOW PITCH SOUND , CAN TURN THE RADIO UP A LITTLE AND NOT HEAR IT .

Just installed on my 2025 Lariat ecoBoost. Quieter on the inside than factory. You hear it when you hit it. I have hamsters that travel with me and noise is not a good thing in the cab. No drone. I have had people look around trying to figure out where the rumble is coming from when I leave a stop light. Great Job Guys !!!!

Thermals customer service has been great. Exhaust shipped from Cali on Tuesday and got to Texas on Friday AM.
