Ordered! I appreciate how low-profile these appear, at least in the pictures I've seen. Very sleek...now, all I have to do is wait on getting the rest of the actual truck!

I have some concerns about the clips, and custom tinted windows.
What was involved in adjusting the clips? Jamming them in further/deeper into the channel?
I'm getting my front windows tinted today, so I gotta take them out, and wont be able to put them back in for a week or so, but the clips haven't had any negative effect on the rear windows.

Yeah the clips you just jam up as far as they will go up the channel, I used the trim tool they included. It does take a few open and closes for things to sit, and the first couple times the window would go up, and come back down. But since then I've had no issues with window operation with them on.

I'll have to make note of where I put the clips since I had to switch their position a couple times during install. I'll probably have to buy and reapply new 3m tape now as well.

If I could go back, I would still buy them as one of the first things for the truck.

Yeah. The position of the clips needs to be adjusted multiple times. Adjusting to the correct position can effectively reduce problems such as window jamming. Looking forward to you installing them again!

Install complete.
The product is good.
The install (and even the metal clips) went well, and overall smoothly.

The english instructions need some work (spell check). Good attempt, but please just have a native English reader proof read the words, and fix the spelling.

The product itself is great so far.
The adhesive tape seemed good, removing the backing was no problem and seems secure and sticky.
The pics were useful.

But please include a link/qr code to one of the install videos, I watched it before and got a good idea about the process. But I wanted to reference it quickly while installing and it wasn't readily found in the included instructions.

First impressions are good.

Clean up the spelling on English instructions, and the overall feel and impression will be much more professional.
Maybe the majority of your buys won't know how, or won't bother to read it. But, if you're going to include them, even 1 pass through an english spell checker or english reading human being should fix 90%+ of the errors.

I'm quite happy overall, especially for the discounted price. My gratitude to you.

I enjoy the appearance and the improved comfort to the human inhabitant. (good sun protection.)

I'm thinking of buying these vs the EGRs. Seems there are a couple more options now on Amazon that have similar lower profiles for the side mirrors, so I may do a comparison video. There are quite a few less pricier options now!
Looking at the Amazon reviews, I was surprised to see that this was listed as a frequently returned item. This, along with the grille lights...
Maybe the competition has improved? Apologies on reviving an old thread, but are y'all still happy with your rain guards?

Hello, we have checked the relevant return labels in the background and found that Mav is not included in the list. The rain guards of other car models are marked as high returns.

Okay thanks for checking! I might try them out and compare them with a couple other options then. Good to know. Have you come up with a better solution than the metal clips? I saw a few posts where users were concerned about damaging the rubber seal or window glass

I haven't come up with a better way than metal clips yet. I'm terribly sorry! But you can pay attention to the correct installation of the clip during the installation process, and you will hear a "click" sound to confirm the correct installation. After installing the rain guards, you need to raise the window to the top and open it again 24 hours later. So thanks!
And on the FB group, some of our clients have shared photos of the installed rain guards, look pretty nice.

FWIW. I'm mostly content.

They do rattle some when you shut the doors if the windows are cracked.. This just bugs me to hear rattles and 'cheap sounding' door shut.
They do jam up and rub the top of the window when rolling up (the fronts primarily are tighter than the rear).
I've re-jammed the metal clips in a 2nd and 3rd time, with little change in the tightness on the fronts.
This has scratched up my tint at the very top some...

The guards themselves work fine. Keep rain out while allowing some ventilation. And provide some additional sun protection.

I actually think it adds too much more blind spot to the A-pillar than I'd prefer, I'd like the a-pillar to have less tint just for visibility purposes; but I do a lot of tight, twisty driving and look 'through' my Apillar often, it it adds a noticeable blind spot in this area. If this area was tinted less, it would be fine, but I understand its likely not that simple for a 1 piece item like this.
This is only an issue for me on the Driver side.

I like the aesthetic overall.

For the cost, its fine, I guess.
I'd rather have 'in channel' than 'stick on', so I'll deal with some of the compromises.

I'm to the point where I want to remove these rain visors.

The amount of rattle I hear from both sides is so bad now that its driving me to a point of wanting to rip off the Fronts. I think the Rears are completely fine, but not sure how it'll look with only the rears.. So they may all come off..

This [rattle] was a concern I had, and a question I asked in my research phase, and either people legit don't have this issue and I installed something wrong...or they can't hear rattles over their music/other rattles, or bad hearing.

I've had 'rattles' since initial install, specifically when closing the door with the window down.
But the rattles are worse, and constant, all the time, while driving.

Rattles aside, I've been really disliking the visibility loss out of the driver side A-pillar.
This is probably the even bigger concern to me.
I do a LOT of twisties and tight corners where I am looking out of my side window and through the A-pillar. These visors (like any) reduce visibility to a point that its a safety concern to me.

And the scratching on my tint at the top has bothered me from the beginning, another concern i had during research phase, that others seem to have no problems with.

And the tightness when rolling windows up all the way is noticeable..which was another concern I had during research phase, that others seem to have no problem with.

All that said, I like the look a lot, but its not worth these troubles.

Now I'm concerned about how to remove these, and specifically the Clips that are now Jammed in there...
