Wow, just stumbled on this tonight, but FordPass supports locking and unlocking your vehicle controls in iOS (iPhone) Control Center (when you swipe down from the top right). Makes it very quick and convenient instead of having to go through the FordPass app itself. Just hit the + sign in the top left and add one or both controls.

FordPass also has a useful Widget, a lock-screen widget (showing you fuel level), and some shortcuts you can add as well.

I just added all the shortcuts available to my Today view. Can activate from HomePods, iPads, watches, phones, Macs, CarPlay, probably even Vision OS. Search the forum for the shortcuts.

I use my Apple Watch for a convenient option to lock / unlock and to start my 2025 Maverick also provides all the data available in the FordPass App

If I still wore my AW I'd use this. I ditched it for a Garmin a while ago, now the AW collects dust.

Now I have to check out the Garmin lol
it's more a sport/activity watch and less of a smart watch/iphone on your wrist. they also have much longer battery life. having to recharge my AW daily pretty much soured me on it. i charge my Enduro 3 every few weeks.

I'm curious how you got the "start" and "stop" on the shortcut. When I look at the Fordpass shortcut it only shows the lock and unlock options. On my watch I get the "slide to start" but not on the shortcut.

Thanks.

I added the short cut from the FordPass App to my iPhone control center which you you can access by swiping across the screen by starting on top right of your Apple device

I guess I wasn't clear enough. I added the shortcut but the only shortcut options were the lock and unlock. Fordpass didn't show the start/stop as being an option. On my Apple Watch, the app allows lock, unlock and slide to start.

Hope that clears it up. Thanks for you response.

Really? that should be right there on the home screen with your vehicle. you do have remote start on your keyfob right? Your vehicle is hooked up to the Ford Pass app?

I have in the app, but I was looking for it to also be a separate widget directly on the screen.
