I wonder if it's just certain trims or other supply constraints.

My Mav has been "in production" since 10/22. I checked for the modules about a week later, and they all appeared. I have an ETA for delivery being 12/3, but I have heard and seen nothing since. Heck, I even have a link in the Ford Pass App to "activate my vehicle," which I would gladly do, if I had it!!
