Flat Tow with NSA Ready Brute Elite II Bar?

Has anyone installed the new FLOORBOARD brake cable by NSA? I have had nothing but problems with the firewall cable on the Elite Brute II. Or any tricks to make the firewall cable work.

I have had the same setup since I got my Maverick. Probably approaching 20K miles flat towing. Never an issue with my firewall mounted cable. You do want it as straight as possible to the attachment point on the brake lever. Which isn't the easiest spot to get to. But worry free after you get it right.
