I made 3 “bed boards” in order to haul plywood per dimensions I’d read (2x6x55 1/8”) and using a tape measure. None fit. I’ve attached the pix I used for reference.

I have the Lariat with spray in bed liner so reduced the length to 55”. I had to chamfer both ends to get two to put in place. The Ford logo in the front of the bed interferes with the 2x6 designed to go there. Instead of cutting the one I made down, I will use a 2x4 instead. The Ford softcover rails interfere inserting with the 55” length as well. Sheesh!
