Yes, The switch that is installed in this wheel is a European style Speed Limiter. In essence works the opposite of Cruise Ctl. It works like this: you set the speed and no matter how hard you press the throttle it will not go OVER the speed that is set. you let off the throttle and it will slow down.

You will use both of your OEM switches; transfer over the switches and the harness from yours to this one.

Yes you can is not hard at all the uro harness is a bit different so it better if you install your switches and harness on the new wheel very easy swap
