I ordered my Maverick Lariat on 12/30/2024.
In early January of 2025 I received an email from Ford telling me my VIN number and a scheduled date of the week of 3/10/2025.
Three weeks ago, I received an email with a revised scheduled date of 2/24/2025, which is starting this coming Monday.
Just for giggles and grins, I went to the Ford "Order Tracking Status" this afternoon and the bar graph showed my truck was "In Production". I was shocked and very happy.
Then I noticed that under the "Vehicle Details" heading, the Order Tracking Status webpage was "Last Updated" on 2/18/2025. This fact leads me to believe that my truck has been built and is waiting for shipment. I worked for Ford years ago (built an automatic transmission plant for the Ford Escort, East of Cincinnati Ohio), and remember production schedule accelerations. I think Ford is working lots of overtime to get as many Mavericks and Bronco Sport vehicles across the Mexico / US border as fast as they, can to avoid the threat of trade tariffs.

Has anyone else seen a big change in their Maverick "Production Schedules?". I will keep you posted as to my trucks "Status" in the coming weeks.

Yes. I initially had a production week of 2/24/25, but on 2/18/25 it was listed as in production.

Not only could it be a response to the threat of tariffs, but it could simply be supply finally caught up with demand. Parts aren't nearly as scarce as they were when production initially started during the pandemic. It's been on the market almost four years now. So, I would imagine wait times would finally lessen at this point.

As a result of having several years under its belt, most people who wanted one have one. Most plan on keeping them for a while because this leads me to another possible factor in shorter wait times. The inevitable price increases each year are dissuading potential buyers or existing buyers from wanting to upgrade. There's more inventory now than ever. The further they reach into unaffordable levels, the more people decide to keep what they have.

That or because the 24's are sitting on the lot waiting for fix on back up camera. Ford maybe picked up production so they hopefully stay in the red.

Others are getting pushed back several weeks though. Might be related to a part sourcing delay for the hybrid engine. My (XLT Hybrid AWD) production date has been pushed from week of 2/10 to week of 3/24, which could shuffle Ecoboost orders to earlier dates.

My Lariat Hybrid was ordered on 1/21/25. Was given a production week of 2/24/25 but saw on 2/18/25 where it went into production, saying would take "a few days" to complete. So, am assuming that the production will be complete by the end of this week with shipment soon after. I was able to get the window sticker and the date under the Special Order is 2/18/25 which I am assuming is the blend date.

Someone from this club posted the following link and I was able to pull down my window sticker.

I believe your truck needs to be on the final assembly line for the sticker to be available.

Note: you have to add your VIN number to the end of the above address.

Hopefully at some point we can just show up at the dealership and pick out what we want and avoid the ordering process I was lucky to do this when I purchased my 2025 Eruption Green Lariat AWD Hybrid after a customer refused delivery of what they special ordered.

I'm looking to purchase a second 2025 Maverick so decided to hold off on placing an order and see what shows up. I just hope they don’t rush production to meet demand and over look the quality of the build,…

I actually prefer the ordering process. I can pick the options that I want instead of the dealer choosing the options for me.
