“This Trip” not working on display?

On the instrument cluster all of a sudden the “This Trip” data stopped working. It only counts the time but it stopped accumulating any mpg or total mileage data. It’s like that one window just broke. I tried turning the car off and restarting. Still doesn’t work. Note: when I finish each trip and turn car off it still shows the summary for the current trip on the display next to the little Maverick picture. So from this I can deduce that it’s capable of measuring each trip. But it’s just that it stopped doing it in real time on the This Trip windiw. My truck is a brand new 2025 with less than a month of use. What’s going on?

Happened to me today, too. First trip was fine, return trip wasn't and I also attempted to restart the car to see if it would fix the issue.

"This Trip" has worked again since the weird time that it wasn't last week. I'm not sure I trust it, but I'm going to hold off on taking it until it happens again.

Hi did you guys ever figure out what was wrong, I literally just bought a 2025 maverick hybrid and this trip has stopped working just right at 240 miles on the odo

Have you tried to go onto the trip menu on the steering wheel and hold the OK button to reset the trip odometer. Mine hangs up some time and that clears it

It started working again the next day after letting it sit overnight. Has only happened once since then. Hoping that a future software update will improve stability.

Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then reconnecting may resolve your issue

All good just got back in the truck and took off , this trip was working . Thanks guys .

Update: mine is working fine now. Only happened once. Resolved the next day when I started up the truck.

Following up to say that mine started working again within a trip or two from when it stopped.

Must be a bug. My 25 did it tonight for the first time at 3500 miles
