2025 ford maverick lariat rear view mirror

My 2025 Maverick Lariat is scheduled for delivery on February 17-21. I'm very excited to get it. It's been on order sense 11/2/2024. My question is I have already got the KIA rear view mirror with HomeLink. I'm wondering if the 2025 model has any cameras or sensors on the mirror that would prevent me from swapping them out? Thanks

I hate to tell you but the rear view mirror on my 2025 lariat is a plain jane mirror. No functionality on this mirror. So yes you can replace with something more exciting.

Hi Darrell,

I swapped out my 2022 stock mirror for the Kia mirror about 1.5 years ago. It works great. I'm considering upgrading to a 2025 hybrid Lariat... Were you able to buy a wire harness for the new mirror somewhere? There was someone on here that was selling them, but their website is gone.

FWIW... if I remember right, fuse 3 (bottom post) is acc and fuse 24 (top post) is +12.

Is the attachment of the mirror to the glass a standard mechanical connect? If not, does anyone know how to search for compatible mirrors that have this?

Hello, I still have not received my truck. My dealer says any day now. I paid a total of $59.24 for my mirror and everything you see in picture. I believe it's all I need. I got it from QuirkParts.com on Oct 24, 2024, it's the KIA mirror with HomeLink. Part # A9062 2DUPO. Now I don't have my truck yet, but I believe I have everything, and it should work? This is the one I replaced my rear view mirror with in my tremor,it's a frameless rear view from a 18-22 mustang.. It does not have the homelink feature, like the Kia but being frameless, it does exponentially increase the field of view.It also has auto dimming capability..
Easy swap and well worth it
