Just realize you lose any price protection, as well as any incentives that were in place at time of your order.I see the dealership I bought it from has a Larait on their lot, im considering asking them if I can just have that one.
DIdn't have any incentives when I ordered. And yes, when I looked online I saw the truck was a little bit more than what I ordered it for (they had a few dealer upgrades on it as well).Just realize you lose any price protection, as well as any incentives that were in place at time of your order.
Make sure they check the system, I had a $750 rebate in there at time of order. Ford does that from time to time for existing Ford customers. They can pick your order date to see what was in back then.DIdn't have any incentives when I ordered. Was planning on talking to my dealer to inquire and see if we could possibly meet in the middle of what I was going to pay and what they're selling that truck at.
I'm about to have same thing. My estimated delivery range has changed probably 6 times. The latest it said 1/28-2/2. I found out yesterday that on the 26th my truck just arrived at the railyard in town. Was thinking great, maybe it'll be soon. Well the next day the delivery tracker pushed the dates out another 2 weeks so now its 2/12-2/16.My truck has been sitting in the railyard here in town for a couple of weeks now while Ford keeps pushing out the delivery date (on the dealer system). On my order tracker, it still shows 1/10 to 1/16 delivery window. Through yesterday, it said it was last updated 1/4, but as of just now it now says updated 1/15 although there is no change to the delivery estimate. I have no idea what's going on with this or why Ford's system can't seem to give everyone the same dates. I assume any transp. delays are related to Ford dropping one of the haulers, but maybe they dropped the hauler b/c it wasn't making the deadlines. It's very frustrating to see it just sitting at the railhead five miles away waiting to be trucked past my house to the dealer 50 miles away so I can get it.
Tariffs will only affect those who do not have a signed sales agreement (DORA). If you do not have a sales agreement before the tariffs go into effect, then you your price maybe affected.Guess this week we will start finding out tariffs. March 4 for those mavericks who havnt crossed border yet how it will be treated
if they do hike, will be passing and driving ole trusty. Which the alternator went out this week.
