My 23 xlt hybrid had a scheduled start at 120am so it would be warm after I arrived from an overseas trip. It started and afterwards I deleted the start off the schedule. Now it continues to start at 120am. I have logged out and back into FordPass, deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I am getting deep sleep which has never happened up until now. Any solutions other than go back to the dealer? TIA.

Pull the fuse for awhile and see if that resets it or disconnect the negative battery cable see if that will reset it.

Which fuse? Disconnect the 12v battery under the seat?

I'd try the fuse first, slots 11&12 (one 5 amp micro3 fuse) in the fuse box under the passengers feet.
Yes, the battery under the rear seat.

Passenger footwell fuse# 11/12 disables the Telematics Control Unit (phone home) unit/modem. And nothing else. The TCU is a known battery drain.

If that doesn't work, and I'm going to assume you're up at that hour, turn your phone off before the scheduled start and see if that helps. Have you rebooted your phone?

While it may seem like an odd idea, you could add in another remote start time (something a half hour or hour from now), let it do its magic, then delete that one. See if it shakes out all the cobwebs from both timings. Or if you then have two phantom remote starts scheduled......

Also need to get your battery charged up as I don't think remote start will work if its in deep sleep mode.

Thanks for all the responses! We have been snowed in, so I went out after battery saver mode was enabled with the intent to pull the fuses. To get it out of battery saver I started it up for maybe 5 minutes. Things got late (worked on my daughters civic in a heated garage) and went to bed. Got up, and no phantom start!! Don't know what finally deleted the phantom starts, but thankful either way. If it ever reoccurs I now have a few things to try. Thanks for the help. This group really goes out of the way to help each other, and I truly appreciate it.

I did try that and it did not result in a 2nd phantom start.

But the first is still phantom starting?
It did, but today it inexplicably stopped. I tend to think it must have had something to do with the battery because all I did was start it to charge the battery to get out of BS mode.
