Here is my first whack at doing a travel vlog. I took my Tremor from Chicago to Utah and did a bit of overlanding to camp in 3 different national forests in 3 different states - and did a few cool side quests along the way. Check it out and let me know what ya think!

Definitely a lot of pretty country out there. A long road trip seems to be the best way to see it. I hope you had just as good a journey home as you did going out there.

Yeah, actually my GF flew in and we drove back together! No camping but it was still sweet! We had a blast.

Well that’s concerning since I have a roll up, lol. I found someone else on Reddit saying they just put it over the top of it when it’s rolled out but I guess I have to test it and see. Didn’t realize when ordering..

You can probably get away with it with a roll up

Guess we shall find out. I'd like to think worst case I can unroll it completely vertical and bungee it to the back of the tent? I'll post an update if I figure it out, I'm sure it will help someone else eventually because this seems like a way nicer tent than the official option.

Actually there is a way to have both a tonneau cover and a roof top tent. The problem is you need to pay for the right tonneau cover and it gets expensive. You need a tonneau cover that has t-slot rails. Here's one:

Because the rails have t-slots in them, any t-slot accessory should attach to the rails. You'll need crossbars for a rooftop tent such as these:

Of course you can also put a cargo rack, or bike carrier, or something similar on the crossrails too. If you get a taller set of crossbars you can even get a canoe/kayak above the cab and still have your gear underneath the tonneau cover out of sight.

The only downside is this stuff gets expensive and I'm not made of money.
