Window Sticker Date Question

My "small print date" is 8 days later than yours, so I'd appreciate it if you would post again when something happens with your truck. That would give me a preview of what might happen with mine. My "SPECIAL ORDER" info looks like this:

MM231 N RB 2X 220 006217 12 23 21

BTW, I notice that the "006217" number matches the top corner of the window sticker, where is says in big letters "HRM=006217." I'd guess HRM is Hermosillo, but no idea what the number means...

Wonder if that number has any sort of significance. Tracker site has said “In Production” since like the 23rd/24th but no date listed by the bubble yet. My ‘scheduled for production” date was originally 12/13, then 12/20, and finally changed to 1/3 — got that email from Ford on 12/26…aka after the invoice date listed on the WS. Very weird.

Happy 2022 New Year from the east coast! Sending it westerly soon!

On the top, right of window sticker, see the word ENVIRONMENT? Above that word you'll see some tiny numbers such as: 348/718. My understanding, from the info on the TRACKERS page, is that it's where your truck falls in the total lineup on build day. For example, our truck was slated to be the 348th on the assembly line out of 718. (If I read the TRACKERS page correctly.) And the individual number at top left is your truck's reference number that they use to find all the parts your particular truck needs.

I guess I'm still waiting for a Built date, but hopefully that's soon. I may ask my dealer sales guy to see what he can see, for additional info. Just waiting until next week, as all the dealers are crazy busy this week.

If I understand correctly, blend date is the date the manufacturing team has determined that all the necessary parts for your vehicle have been procured and actual assembly can begin. Seems like an internal thing that really serves no benefit to the end customer. I can understand why it isn't on the Monroney sticker.

My truck went in production 12/16, built 12/17, shipped 12/19. Due at the dealer 1/04-1/10 all according the the tracker and ford emails I have received. So 7 days from blend/invoice date to in production date.

That's phenomenal! Hybrid or Ecoboost? Any packages such as LUX or 360?

12/15 is your invoice date that's when Ford billed the dealer. If the in production bubble doesnt have a date next to it then it's not at final assembly yet.

We wait, we wonder. Ah well.
(Of course, there have been reports of folks who got the call that their truck was delivered, even though they never got an email after their confirmation email. Just to mess with the mind. Ha!)

Those little numbers at the top right for me are 952/1169. At the slow rate they’re building these, I can’t imagine that’s by build day, maybe the total for the build week though?

My understanding is that they’re making around 20,000 per month.

They don’t have the capacity for that many Mavericks. They also build bronco sport and maybe another model (escape?) at the plant. But I have seen a video of a Maverick and bronco sport back to back on the same assembly line so maybe the numbers could be what you said but the total representing all models built that day

XLT,EB, lux, all packages,Alto,fullsize spare. Latest on tracker says 1/05 delivery. It’s forecast for 15 degrees the 5th.

The first date that appears at the bottom middle of the Window Sticker is the date the WS was generated it will be close to the Invoice Date. The ID is when parts are being gathered for assembly and the date your MSRP is locked in, so I understand it. Then 7 to 8 days later a second date will appear at the bottom of the WS that is your Blend Date (When all parts are ready to start build and the build starts). Then the next date to appear at the bottom of the WS is the Built date. Future date could mean that your Maverick has come out of Custom Shop, Body Shop, additional/random inspection, Shipped etc...

Question!

The tracking info posted under "TRACKERS" shows where to find the Blend Date. By the position of it that's shown, it looks to be at the top of the sticker. However, our sticker doesn't look the same. We found a stand-alone date way at the very bottom of the sticker.

The following are snapshots of my window sticker through various date changes. The one constant is the "11 22 21" date shown in the Special Order section on the bottom. That date is the Blend Date and never changes while the date(s) on the far bottom outside the Green Border change for various events.

Here is the descriptions for the following four window sticker snapshots (#1, #2, #3 and #4) that have different dates:

#1: 11/23/21 - First time window sticker was available. Sticker shows "11 22 21" Blend date

11/27/21 - Vehicle Visibility Report shows:
11/22: Sent to Plant - Blend date
11/24 Body Shop
11/25 Trim Line

11/29: Modules went active

11/29: Ford Status shows: "In Production 11/29/2021" and "Built 11/29/2021"

#2: 11/30/21 - Email received from Ford "Your Vehicle Has Been Built" with Estimated Delivery between 12/13 through 12/19.

On 11/30 vehicle was loaded into RailCar # TTGX 942177 and Departed Hermosillo SO.

On 12/1 Email received from Ford says "Your Vehicle is on its way"

#3: 12/08/21 - RailCar # TTGX 942177 has arrived in the "Dallas Yard" where it is to be unloaded then put on a transport to the AutoNation Ford Frisco TX Dealership.

12/13 - Ford Status shows: "Your 2022 Maverick is in final preparation" "Dealer will contact you soon"
12/13 - Vehicle arrived at the AutoNation Ford Frisco TX Dealership and in the evening I drove it home.

#4: 12/18/21 - Last changed date. Seems like paperwork was finalized on my purchase

Scheduled for production 12/6, changed to 12/13 and then to 12/20
Blend date 12/14
Built 12/23
Shipped 12/27
ETA to dealer 1/19 to 1/25/22
