Question!

The tracking info posted under "TRACKERS" shows where to find the Blend Date. By the position of it that's shown, it looks to be at the top of the sticker. However, our sticker doesn't look the same. We found a stand-alone date way at the very bottom of the sticker. Might that be our blend date? Let me explain:

On October 21 we learned our build would be the week of 12/13. Then we heard we got bumped to 12/22. Then our window sticker went live on 12/16 with the date 12/15/2021 on it near the bottom in small print, AND at the very bottom the date of 12/23 in larger print. We figured the In Production phase began on 12/15 and the blend date (final assembly) must be 12/23. We hoped for shipping soon after, but it just sat there a whole week. We figured it was being contracted out for the spray-in bedliner and maybe was waiting for a chip or something. Just today the date at the very bottom switched to 12/31...! So might that indicate it's back from the contracted work and maybe next week it'll ship? Or what might that mean? Thanks for any knowledge anyone may have! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

And ๐ŸŽ‰ HAPPY NEW MODEL YEAR 2022!! ๐ŸŒŸ

The date on the very bottom by itself is just when the sticker was generated it can update once a week if nothing needs to be changed on it. We don't really seem to have a true blend date on them closest we get is the invoice date that should be close to when its in production. On the tracker is it the 12/23 date next to the in production bubble? Mine took a few more days after that which if yours is it wouldn't have cleared the line before they took the holiday week starting the 24th.

I think you find the blend date at the bottom inside that special order box.
this is what mine looks like. I underlined the blend date

I been curious to why they are not putting the blend date on Mavericks. I been trying to figure out when my Maverick was assembled to look for the recall on the rear seat belt bolts. All I know is the invoice date toward the bottom was 9/24 so the blend was probably 8-13 days, but maybe longer.

The 12/23 date (now 12/31) is ONLY on the window sticker. At the Ford site that shows a picture of one's truck, the In Production bubble is "punched" (it looks like a hole punch mark), but there is no date under "In Production." The Build bubble has not yet been "hole-punched."

Guess I donโ€™t know what is meant by invoice date.
other ford forums say that. What I found, on other window stickers from prior Fordโ€™s that I have had have this invoice date, I think it means itโ€™s the date the window sticker was produced. In the past this invoice date was about a week maybe 10 days before the blend date that would be on the top of the window sticker. The problem is that the Maverick does not seem to have blend dates on the window sticker anymore.

Whatever that small-print date in the "SPECIAL ORDER" box actually is, mine is 12 15 21.

Thanks, that actually clarifies a lot! It makes sense, because the invoice date was produced the day before my window sticker became visible. Just wish I knew how long they need lately to actually create the truck. On the Ford page it says "a few days" and I've heard that it honestly only takes up to 3 shifts of work for them to produce a truck. Then it needs to have any accessories added, such as spray-in bedliner and whatever else you ordered or is in a package that is beyond assembly. I've heard that can take a week. I guess add a week for holiday shutdown and maybe we'll see something official this coming week, regarding shipping and delivery expectation. Hoping!

12/15 is your invoice date that's when Ford billed the dealer. If the in production bubble doesnt have a date next to it then it's not at final assembly yet.

My truck went in production 12/16, built 12/17, shipped 12/19. Due at the dealer 1/04-1/10 all according the the tracker and ford emails I have received. So 7 days from blend/invoice date to in production date.

My "small print date" is 8 days later than yours, so I'd appreciate it if you would post again when something happens with your truck. That would give me a preview of what might happen with mine. My "SPECIAL ORDER" info looks like this:

MM231 N RB 2X 220 006217 12 23 21

BTW, I notice that the "006217" number matches the top corner of the window sticker, where is says in big letters "HRM=006217." I'd guess HRM is Hermosillo, but no idea what the number means...

Since the numbers after HRM appear to be unique, I bet that is a build sequence number identifying your truck and/or parts bin for it. Something along those lines.
