I have my stock Bronco Outer Banks suspension (non-sasquatch) that I removed for a Ford Performance suspension kit. I still have the Hitachi suspension takeoffs and am wondering if I could swap those in to the Maverick I have coming in June. The plan is for the Maverick to by my daughter's daily driver and installing the stock Bronco suspension would give it a little lift and improved suspension, but I'm not sure if that's something that's possible or not. Would love some informed input from those much more mechanically experienced than me. Thanks!

Based on your description, it sounds like you are talking a full size Bronco and not a Sport? If so, I can't imagine those suspension components would be compatible with a Maverick.

Correct - full-size Bronco, not Bronco Sport.

Can a suspension from a completely different model that shares nothing with a Maverick be swapped into a Maverick? Absolutely, $26,000 of labor and fab will likely make it work.

Even the Maverick Hybrid and AWD rear suspensions are very different.

Good luck

Ok ok now I realize what your wanting. All I can say is yes but I would look at this thread linkhttps://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...-2022-maverick-pickup-build-being-built.7384/ to a lowered suspension build. You would be going in the opposite direction and adding a through the bed coilover brace and have to extend and re-mount the rear radius torsion blades(arms)in the rear to take advantage of that travel. You would also have to find a good driveline/driveshaft shop to make more durable halfshafts too. In the front you would have to build a extended coilover brace bar under the wiper area above the factory strut mounts. You would also need to convert the front coilovers into a strut.

Really I think what you should look toward doing in the Maverick if you want a serious upgrade go for that company that builds coilover setups for the Maverick/Bronco Sport. It wont be as long a travel as the Bronco stuff but it will Max out the factory Maverick chassis design.

The value of the Bronco takeoff suspension isn't enough to warrant any special efforts - I just have them on-hand and with it being "bolt-on/bolt-off" wondered if it may be compatible. The most likely approach we'll take is just adding some spacers if we want to bring the Maverick up a few inches.
