Why is part of window sticker blocked out?

That's where the part about buying a Ford Protect ESP would be. I suspect the sticker generation may be off, though, and that box is supposed to be blocking the information about the Hotspot if your vehicle is being built with that deleted.

Mine has the hotspot and still has this weird whited out box on the window sticker
