Why can't I use Fordpass reward to purchase accessories?

I tried to use the computer browsers and Fordpass app. I only see the credit card option.I can't see this kind of page.
Anyone has the same problem?

Had 80,000 points plus use them on the ford dash cam plus install did it online only cost with points $28.00
Dash cam gets delivered to dealer. Install next Monday. Took me a couple of times but finally work.

Since I've posted about this before, I'll reiterate in this thread that: https://www.oemford.parts/ is the place to use points. I purchased stainless steel tailgate letters with a 3/36 from the site after taking delivery of my truck.
