Who else is waiting for front axles for their hybrid?

Just had my 2nd set of both driveshafts replaced on Tuesday with hardware. Have 36k now on my 22’ lariat hybrid.

1st driveshafts we’re replaced about a year ago. The dealership forgot to replace the splash shield. Didn’t notice it gone until I did my oil change. Took almost a year to get me a new one with the bolts.

Both times it started off with mild shaking which gets worse about 50-60 mph.

Love the truck but died on me three times until the wiring harness was replaced. 3 recalls, power plugs in back console and bed didn’t work from the factory and the 2X both drive shafts being replaced.

Not sure I will keep it if I get any more issues. Pretty frustrating to be honest.

UPDATE: dealer suggested I call Ford to ask them to pay for a rental, which they will. I called and got a case #. They will pay for a rental for restrictions and limited time but you just have to keep asking for extension. Soon after i was given the case # parts that had no arrival date because of back orders started to show up at the dealership just waiting on one more axel.

ITS BACK!! now at just shy of 90,000 miles and just over 3 years old BOTH axles are bad!! I did get the extended warranty so we will see what they do with it and if I have to call Ford to get a rental car?!

Hopefully this will be the last replacement since they've upgraded the CV axles.
