Which PPF is the best?

While waiting for the day when my Maverick shows up (or gets a VIN), I thought I'd ask the community which PPF (Paint Protection Film) brand is the best. My dealership has several tinting and film installers nearby. Each one uses a different brand, and they will all say theirs is best if asked.

I'm hoping to be able to pick up the truck and take it directly to get PPF and window tinting. While I don't plan on going off-road with my Maverick, I do live in a rural area that has gravel parking lots and the occasional gravel roads.

The best one is the one you can afford.

The price of this material and installation is all over the place and none of it is cheap.

I don’t have any experience with PPF film, but have looked into it numerous times and always decided it’s not really worth the cost. That’s includes vehicles that cost upwards of $100k, let alone a Maverick. I’d just drive the truck and enjoy it for what it is.

When it comes to resale value down the line I don’t think it will get you any more money. If you decide you still want PPF film, consider some of the companies that will sell you per-cut DIY kits and just focus on the high risk areas.
