I checked my assortment kits here and no joy. I would pop that remaining one out and take it into O'Reilly etc and match it up - failing that hit the dealership. Push the center pin in to unlock for removal, pull center pin up to allow re-insertion, then push flush to lock in place.

I lost one also. I was going to buy an assortment kit. Thanks for the part number. That will save me some time.
I needed 1 to hold the tailgate upper rubber stop. Went to Ford and was told I had to buy the rubber bumper to get the retainer . Harbor freight had a hole kit I'm set for life on that stuff now.

My dealership replaced for free on my F-150 because it was still under original warranty. If under warranty try dealership. If you have a Harbor Freight nearbuy they also sale an assortment kit of these.

Lots of other clips will fit, as long as they are the right diameter. Like a Christmas tree style.

If that happens to my puppy truck I will prolly use "Nut certs" and use some stainless steel button head screws and washers to prevent it from happening again.
I actually use them for a TON of things so I already have a kit that does both metric and SAE. But to be honest the kit below is great for the mav as it is all metric anyway. Once you have one of these you will wonder how you ever lived without it!
