I have received NOTHING from Ford. I contact the dealer often and they send me updates when they see them on line.

I got my vin and original scheduling from ford chat, but the last two scheduling updates have come via email. Strange how inconsistent they are from person to person.

what are you talking about? 2022s will be built at least through September.

He is scheduled end of august. No scheduling this week, couple more weeks of scheduling will get them out to mid September. Couple weeks to balance out unbuilt scheduled orders and boom. 22MY Done.

My guess is if you aren’t scheduled within three weeks, you aren’t getting one this MY.

Correct….the 10th alphanumeric…..or the “N” in this case.

And if you have a VIN already you have a 2022 model coming. Might not be made until September or October but……of course, if supply crises continue to worsen, anything is possible……22’s becoming 23’s; oil hitting $200/barrel, the Cleveland Indians, er, whoever they are now, winning the World Series.

Sorry, didn’t mean to open Pandora’s box.
I do have a VIN, the 10th digit is an ‘N’ (whatever that means), which is better than the 16th and 17th, which is ‘23’ (again, whatever that means) and causes a bit of sphincter crinkle, thinking it meant ‘2023’.
And, as of today, the new Build date, until FoMoCo shakes their Magic 8-Ball again, is July 25.

I thought Tim said 'last" in his live stream. But when I looked it up, I found the info above.
In any case, the important point is that the VIN is irrevocably associated with a model year.

So a 10th character N = 2022, great to know.

Salesman said from the outset it’d be 9+ months, without a glitch or supply chain issues. I’m at 9 months right now, with glitches and supply chain issues galore. Not quite SNAFU, cuz ‘normal’ hasn’t been in effect for 2+ years.

I just called Ford Marketing. My XL hybrid w/CP360 build week has been moved from 7/25 to 8/22. My VIN sequence is 85XXX. What is your VIN sequence number?

Our vin is 95××× ordered 1023 shipped 9 6 it's in lawrenceville ga waiting on delivery to dealership been in lawren 7 days eta 10 5 to 10 11
