I'm going to install a kicker hideaway behind the rear seat and I was wondering if anyone knew what size bolt this is so I can buy some nuts to thread onto it. I thought I read it somewhere on the forum but since I've read hundreds of posts I cannot remember where I seen it and it's too obscure for the forum search engine or I'm not wording it correctly.

did you ever find out, or do you know the bolt size to screw into the amp board?

Sorry I did not. my piece of wood fit on there so tightly that I didn't need to but I don't know if there's enough threads sticking out to catch a nut. I'll take a picture later today and post it. I used one of those medium priority USPS boxes and pressed it up against the bolts to make indentations on it. Then I drilled out the cardboard to make sure it would fit, and then I used that as the template to put on the back of my plywood as a guide. also you might want to install some dampening material behind it, I was totally being lazy Didn't want to. In the cab the Speaker Sounds great but out by the truck bed it sounded horrible. You can pick up the dampening material on Amazon for pretty cheap and now that I'm thinking about it I should probably put some on the back of the plywood as well... it did help with deadening the tinny sound coming from the truck bed but I wish it helped more. I probably need to put some more effort into it.
all that being said I don't know if mounting the plywood like that is the best solution. I think someone else from the forums JB welded some elevator bolts to the back panel... it looked good for the pictures I wonder how they feel about it several months later.

I know it doesn't answer your question right now, but it may help in the future.

I have a pair of each if these in my tool box and the most frequent thing I use them for is measuring screws.

I bought the plastic ones on sale for 99¢ and the composite ones for $8.
LOL that looks very convenient. I'll probably have to invest in a set of those thank you

Here's a pic of the plywood it looks like it's quarter inch and the threads do not stick out at all

Unfortunately those are screws and not bolts sticking out. There is no nut that will thread to them.

Something like a Starlock washer might work but the screws sticking out are very brittle. Ask me how I know :p.
