What is the lowest profile bed rack?

I need a bed rack that is as low profile as profile as possible. The closer to the bed the better. Are there any options?

I just added the TruXedo Elevate TS rails, Yakima Landing Pad1, Skyline Towers, Round bar adapters, and round bars. It's about 6 inches off the Tonneau cover. There a photos in another thread.
