What is the best driving mode (modes) for me.

So still waiting on my Oct. build, in the meantime what do you owners reccomend for a rural driver like me for best mileage? 90% of my Maverick driving will be as follows. 5 miles downhill into the valley. 2 stop signs. 5 miles along the river into town. One stop sign. 4 or 5 stops in town buying stuff. Lights and stops. Then reverse trip, 5 miles flat driving, 5 miles back up the hill. I realize not many have the same situation, but ideas are apreciated.

If you want more coasting on the downhill with engine off, use slippery mode. On the uphill it probably does not matter much. You'll be using gasoline to go uphill.

Never use Sport or Tow Haul.
I'll let you know in a month if tow/haul is useful when actually towing, or useless all around.

Slippery slows you down the least when coasting. It is as close to "neutral" coasting as you can get in any mode.

Eco, Tow, and Sport slow you down the most, equally well.

Normal is in the middle.

Roughly speaking; Slippery slows you down half as much as normal.

Roughly speaking, Eco, Sport, and Tow slows you down twice as much as Normal.

The last couple of miles down the hill are pretty steep, so some slowdown is needed. Sounds like maybe eco on the way into town. Then If it defaults to normal when I get out of the first store, that would be perfect.
