This just started now that we've had snow and ice, and I'm used to some weird noises after sitting when its really cold in most cars, but this seems to be focused to just that right rear wheel/brake, when I first give it gas after putting it in reverse there's been an abnormally loud pop/squeak/groan from that wheel. Everything visibly looks good but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this with their Maverick in these winter temps?

mine squeek when in reverse but seems normal before they warm up. also got some grinding but that was due to it sitting and getting rust on the rotors after super humid/rainy days.

Sounds like the parking brake is not releasing due to being frozen. There might be a torn boot letting water in and when it sits, the water freezes causing it to stick. Or the motor might be bad. Take it to the dealer and have it looked at.
