I don't know where that is in FORScan.

Forscan is software that lets one, change the "line code" in your trucks' computer.
I have yet to "Play" with it. (Your Truck is More Computer these days, possibly 20 - 30 modules ECU's).

From the settings button, choose Vehicle, press lighting, turn welcome lights on /off

There's a "feature" you can enable: park the truck for several days and once it goes into "deep sleep" no more welcome/courtesy lights Once enabled this "feature" is a bit difficult to disable, driving a few hundred miles may or may not disable it.
