Ordered my hybrid Mav XL September 2022 - took delivery yesterday December 2023. During this time period I followed all the post that members shared on this forum - some infuriating but most very helpful. Changed XL to XLT 12/2022. When it came time to reorder '23 for a '24 in 7/2023 I was about to give up on the hybrid and go with the 2.0 Mav but many of you said "stay the course - you won't regret it". Thank you all - it is an amazing vehicle!

First go around for me it was worth the wait and then some. One year to the day for me. With that said, would I do it again and wait this long for a vehicle. No, I will not. Too old for that now.

Congrats, BTW. You truck looks great. Carbonite Grey with the "matching" wheels is a great look.

Similar story. I got my 24 Lariat hybrid after 14 months. I did purchase an EB [pictured] in the interim. I have 600 miles on the hybrid and show 46 mpg. I am still getting used to the sound and feel of the the hybrid's ICE cutting in and out at low speeds as it alternates between electric and ICE. It is amazing to get that mileage in a truck.

It’s not too late to request some add-ons to your Christmas wish list! The tailgate assist makes a great stocking stuffer. 😄

Ordered my XL, 2.0 turbo boost, AWD, with tow package in September 2022, on the second day after Ford opened the order page. Still waiting with no word from the dealer on delivery.

Was it worth the wait? There was absolutely NOTHING else I wanted and I really had no choice but to wait. That said, my truck has been awesome and I feel it was WELL worth the wait. I'm TOTALLY OK with FWD and I used just over a half gallon of gas on a 25'ish mile trip this morning.
