Want to add remote side mirrors to my XL, possible?

So, the only real complaint is not having remote side mirrors for my XL. It may be the reason my wife refuses to drive it. I'm thinking finding a totaled xlt and buying all the parts to the remote mirrors and installing myself. Doable? Costly? Worth my while?

Doable..yes.
Costly... depends on your situation.
Example if you think $500 is costly, someone else may not.
Worth your while..again, depends on your situation.
It's mostly subjective. You and only you can determine the worth.
You may also need ForScan to change the computer settings.
