I have a 2023 XLT Hybird with 22,200 miles (work truck) and I have noticed a vibration or shutter when accelerating particularly under a load (like going up hill) in the 40+ MPH range. I am suspecting it's the CV joints or axel bearings. I had a colleague in the truck yesterday and he noticed it without me saying anything. I was planning on bringing it to the dealer, good to learn there is a recall on this part form this Forum!

I'll be calling my Ford dealer for an appointment.

Just got my Maverick back from the dealer. Please see the attached warranty receipt. both CV Axles required replacement. Nice that it was all under warranty. I suspect $1.5-2k next time.

CV axles are covered by the powertrain warranty, which is 5 years/60k.
I bought mine used, 22 XL hybrid. No issues until about 3 weeks ago I started feeling a wobble when accelerating. More significant when on a freeway. My tire guy balanced all the tires twice and told me it could be a defective tire so I got 4 new ones yesterday. The issue mostly resolved until today and the wobble is back. I did buy the extended service so is this covered?

5 years/60k is the standard powertrain warranty, so you would owe $0 for changing the axles if that's the issue.

Your extended warranty might have different coverage. You'd have to look at the terms.
