Update on my Lariat Hybrid

Ordered 7/26/21 Mavrick Hybrid, Rapid Red, Luxury Pkg, First Edition, CoPilot 360 - Assigned VIN & production week of 5/9/22, then changed to week of 5/16/22, & again changed to week of 5/23/22. Yesterday I called Customer Service to check if there were going to be any additional delays/pushbacks? She told me that it looks like I now have a firm build date of 5/26 (Thursday) as it no longer list week of 5/23. She indicated that from her experience, once they show an actual build date, that it will be built on that day. Looking up, hopefully she is correct in her assessment.

I think it pains them to build these trucks knowing there's little or no profit selling these for cheap!

It'll be interesting how they would price these in future model years

I just called and have a build day of the 28th, didn't know that they were building on Saturdays.

OH Update!!!!!!
They moved it to the week of 30th then a date of Jun 1, NOW I GET A NEW DATE OF JUNE 6. WHAT THE SH@T. I ordered this piece of @#$^ on June 10 2021 not 22. So much for getting out the June orders. They're just toying with us, 1 week at a time. I have seen dozens of my exact build with latter order dates.

My build date of 5/9/22 was correct! I Just received my Window Sticker for my new 2022 FORD Maverick 1st Edition in Rapid Red. Order date was 7/20/21

With the huuuge backlog of Broncos, Mavericks, Mach E, F150, F150 Lightning, and maybe even Bronco Sports, I don’t know how Ford could not have at least some of the plants open six days a week. I wonder what the total number of Ford vehicles ordered at least 60 days ago is right now. 300,000?, 400,000? More ? This isn’t even including the fact that dealerships have close to nothing on the lots. They have all turned into very expensive used car lots.

We only had to wait 2 weeks for our Bronco Big Bend from Awesome Ford in Chehals, WA priced at MSRP. Vancouver Ford wanted a 5k doink fee for having it on the lot, so as we sat on the lot from my car we ordered from Awesome Ford!

Exact same sequence for me. Originally 5/9, moved to 5/16, then 5/23 per emails from Ford. Yesterday my salesman texted saying the week of 5/27. Until reading your post I assumed he was telling me the same thing because 5/23 and 5/27 are the same week. Now I'm hoping he meant the build day is 5/27 and it won't change.

Congrats! My build date was Jan 7th, I took delivery last Friday.. Hope it all goes quicker for you!

Awesome, hopefully it all goes smooth!!
I just got a call from my Sales Rep and she said that she has two Hybrids in the order bank and I am now priority 2 . I know this does not mean I'll get schedule this week or next, but this is the best news I gotten in a while so I will take it like a cold beer in a hot summer day.
